PETITION: 54 Abandoned Dogs Found Soaking Wet and Desperately Needing Care
Over the summer, a distressing mystery began to unfold in a suburban town west of Chicago. Fifty-four small dogs, all Maltese mixes, were discovered abandoned in a local dog park. Neglected and left to fend for themselves, many were in dire need of medical attention.
