Watch: Italian Greyhound’s Fabulous 1st Birthday Party in all Pink Will Give You Major FOMO!

Real-life Barbies may not exist, but one Italian Greyhound lived the dream at her pink-themed birthday party. Giana, lovingly known as Gigi, made all the furry friends in the world jealous by celebrating her first birthday, a day filled with everything this Italian Greyhound could have wished for.

The lucky girl turned one, and so her pet parents went all out to spoil her on her big day. The entire party had a pink theme, which meant pink balloons and decorations, pink outfits, pink toys, and pink presents. Even the delicious bone-shaped cake was pink too.

Gigi’s Friends Attended The Awesome Pawty

Apart from her fur siblings and her parents, Gigi’s canine buddies attended the bash too with their humans. All of the canine companions had a blast playing together and there’s no doubt that Gigi was as happy as she could be with all her loved ones around her.

When it was time to cut the cake, Gigi couldn’t stop herself from taking bites of the yummy pink cake. Her fur siblings seemed even more eager to taste the amazing cake from The Dog Bakery, which also provided Gigi’s “Birthday Girl” bandana.

Additionally, all the humans who attended didn’t leave the party without eating cake either. They enjoyed a cake that was for humans and also a plethora of party snacks.

On top of all this, the party also included customized buttons that had Giana’s art and name on them, and some party glasses were similarly customized as well.

If Gigi wasn’t already feeling special, the numerous photoshoots of her made sure she was the center of everyone’s attention.

Gigi’s older brother, another Italian Greyhound named Vincent shared the fun affair that was his sister’s birthday bash, on social media. Seeing the spectacular celebrations, people poured birthday wishes for the dog in the comment section. Levi Freeman left a comment, saying, “So stinking cuuuute!! Happy Birthday, Gigi!”

It’s Time To Pamper Your Pup For Their Birthday

Is your furbaby’s birthday coming up and you want to give them a party like Gigi’s? You don’t need to worry. Here’s how you can show your dog some love on their special day and throw a perfect party:

1. Pawfect Birthday Gift

What’s a birthday without a birthday gift? Decide what will make your dog the happiest and make arrangements beforehand to get them that on their birthday. It could be an interactive toy, a bag of cheese treats, or an outing to your dog’s favorite spot in the city.

2. Party Decor

Decorate your house and yard with banners, balloons, streamers, and dog-themed twists like bone-shaped banners and dog-friendly confetti. Like Gigi’s parents, you can choose a particular theme for your dog’s birthday party and decorate accordingly.

3. Dog-Friendly Cake

Any birthday party is incomplete without a cake. You can whip a birthday cake yourself by using dog-friendly ingredients like peanut butter, whole-wheat flour, eggs, and bananas. Alternatively, you can go to a bakery for dogs, for instance, The Dog Bakery, where you will find a large variety of cakes in fun shapes and colors.

4. Cute Party Wear

A party hat or bandana on a puppy is irresistibly cute. You can make a DIY hat by gluing non-toxic materials into a cone shape. For a festive touch, you can decorate with markers, pompoms, or tassels. If the weather is not too hot and doesn’t make your dog uncomfortable, a cute outfit will steal the hearts of everyone invited.

5. Have a Playtime Session

Dog-friendly party games cleverly combine entertainment with training, teaching essential commands while having fun. Games like hide-and-seek and fetch require plenty of toys and treats to keep dogs engaged.

Throwing a memorable birthday party for your pet is a wonderful way to make them the happiest dog in the world. If you need some help in planning the ultimate party, head over to The Dog Bakery, where you will find freshly baked dog-friendly cakes and treats made from all-natural ingredients for your dogs.
