Harpo’s Epic Birthday Bash

Harpo’s mom calls herself a procrastinator, and threw a last minute bash for not only her first fur baby Harpo, but her pup’s besties; Lolla who was turning five and Wally who was also turning seven. Their humans went all out to celebrate the pooches’ birthdays!

There were balls to play with! There were games of tug of war and chase! The humans hung out and watched as the pooches partied on and celebrated. But the best part of all? Just like at any party, the food took center stage. There were ‘pawpertizers’ like fish, bacon, and chicken treats to munch on. There were some surprise pup cups as well. But the main attraction was the birthday cake fit for royalty!

The Cake Was a Hit…and Gone in Less Than 30 Seconds!

Harpo’s local The Dog Bakery created a bone-shaped cake customized with all three birthday besties’ names front and center. After ‘Happy Birthday’ was sung to the three birthday pups, it was time to dig in. It didn’t take long for the dogs to demolish the cake…it was gone in less than 30 seconds according to Harpo’s mom. I guess it’s safe to say they all loved it and that the cake was pup approved!
