Yukon is an affectionate, playful Maltese puppy who’s ready to find a home where he can grow, explore, and most of all—be loved. Weighing just under 7 pounds and estimated to be between 6 months to 1 year old, Yukon is a lively young boy with a heart as fluffy as his coat.
He thrives on human companionship and forms strong bonds with his people. He loves to snuggle, enjoys playing with toys, and is especially happy when romping around with other pups or zooming through the yard. 2. Jimmy: 2-year-old Shih Tzu-Havanese Mix
Jimmy is a lively, loving 2-year-old mixed-breed pup weighing in at just 11 pounds. While he doesn’t shed, we can’t guarantee he’s allergy-friendly. But what we can promise? He’s full of love, personality, and joy!
This little guy came to Yolo County SPCA from a local shelter after being found as a severely matted stray with a fractured pelvis. He underwent FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery and has made an incredible recovery. Though he won’t be running marathons anytime soon, he loves his daily walks and handles a leash like a pro. 3. Funfetti: 4-year-old Pomeranian
This is 4 year old Funfetti. He is your typical Pomeranian and is giving main character vibes . Funfetti was surrendered to the shelter due to some financial hardships and lack of time from his owner. He was raised as a single dog to a single woman so he has no experience with kids however he has been great with the other dogs at the rescue but wouldn’t mind being the only dog.
He is extremely sweet with people but we don’t recommend him with younger kids since he doesn’t like sharing his toys. He would benefit from being housed with a human who will continue to work on his leash manners and will love on him. Learn More
4. Pino: Senior Loving Schnauzer-Dachshund Mix
Pino is a sweet senior pup recently surrendered to Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) after his beloved owner passed away. Though clearly cherished in his former home, Pino arrived in need of some TLC—he could benefit from a good grooming and a dental, which will be covered by MARS. He may lose a few teeth in the process, but he still has so much love left to give.
This quiet and loving little guy is hoping to find a calm, comfortable home where he can enjoy his golden years. In return, Pino promises to be a loyal and affectionate companion. 5. Teddy: Friendly Pomeranian
Teddy is a very friendly and happy adult Pomeranian. The vet says he’s maybe 6 to 7 years old. He was a rescue from my puppy meal operation. He was very shut down when the rescue first got him. He had an infection in his right eye, and the right eye had to be removed. He’s been in Foster for a year and is now very friendly and outgoing. He’s had his teeth cleaned, but will have them cleaned again before he leaves. he’s fully vetted.
He comes neutered, microchip, and up-to-date with all of his vaccinations. He’s recently had blood work done showing that he is heartworm negative.He is currently located in Harrison, Arkansas, but can be transported to a location near you through the rescue network transport. Hi! My name is Sophie! I get along great with my foster pitty sibling and we like to play tug of war! I love toys and I’m not interested in my foster kitty sibling. 7. Jessie: Fluffy Boy
Jessie is a Pomeranian that was rescued from a puppy mil in 2023. He was very shut down and has been in the Foster‘s home to help him come back around to trusting people. He’s a little shy now, but he is well adjusted and happy and friendly.
Bloodwork shows his heartworm negative. He’s neutered up-to-date on vaccinations and microchip. He is currently located in Harrison, Arkansas, but would be brought to your location via the rescue network transport. 8. Rusty: Friendly Maltese-Poodle Mix
Rusty is a 6-7 year old, 10lb Maltipoo mix. He is a very happy, friendly dog! He walks with a bounce in his step and has a constant wagging tail! He loves people and always wants to be the center of attention! If you’re looking for a little shadow and a lap dog, you’ve found your guy! Rusty won’t leave your side! He loves to cuddle! He enjoys being held like a baby and will fall asleep in your arms. If you stop petting him, he will paw at you for more! We would love to find him a family where someone is home often. As happy as he is, he is truly a sensitive guy and he would get depressed being alone for long periods of time.
He gets along with other animals but has no interest in playing with anyone else. He would honestly prefer to be the only pet so he doesn’t have to share any of the affection but, if you have a quiet, independent dog, he would do fine! Learn More

Rylo is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed rescue pup who was surrendered to animal control in Connecticut when his family no longer wanted him. Thankfully, Fetching Hearts Rescue stepped in just in time to save him from the shelter and offer him a fresh start.
