🐾 Meet Jimmy – A Brave, Bouncy Boy with a Big Heart!
Jimmy is a lively, loving 2-year-old mixed-breed pup weighing in at just 11 pounds. While he doesn’t shed, we can’t guarantee he’s allergy-friendly. But what we can promise? He’s full of love, personality, and joy!
This little guy came to Yolo County SPCA from a local shelter after being found as a severely matted stray with a fractured pelvis. He underwent FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery and has made an incredible recovery. Though he won’t be running marathons anytime soon, he loves his daily walks and handles a leash like a pro.
🦴 Jimmy’s Favorite Things:
- Toys & Wrestling: This playful pup is always looking for a canine buddy to romp around with!
- Cuddles: When he’s not zooming around, Jimmy enjoys lap time and belly rubs.
- Company: He thrives in a home with other small, active dogs and has done well with dog-savvy cats.
- Kids: Jimmy would do well in a family with children over the age of 7.
Jimmy is crate-trained, housetrained, and sleeps soundly through the night. He also loves his grooming routine (okay, maybe he tolerates it), and due to his fluffy coat, he’ll need regular brushing or professional grooming.
