But everything changed when AMA Animal Rescue stepped in. From the moment they saw her, they knew Kiki had suffered deeply at the hands of humans and would need time, care, and love to heal. Gradual Healing
Kiki had been starved and neglected by her previous family to the point where she was dangerously weak and severely emaciated. Her recovery didn’t happen overnight. At her foster home, it took weeks of patient, dedicated care for the young Pittie to regain her strength.
But in time, Kiki began to experience the joys every puppy deserves—running, chasing, and playing. With consistent love and gentle training, she also started to trust people again. She would wag her tail with delight whenever her foster mom showed her affection and eagerly played with her foster fursibling.
After all they’d been through together, the bond between Kiki and her foster family grew unbreakable. It was impossible not to fall in love with such a sweet and resilient soul, and they couldn’t imagine letting Kiki go. Adoption wasn’t just an option—it felt meant to be.
From Starvation To Fulfillment
Kiki had finally found her forever home—with people she truly trusted and loved. This sweet girl is now thriving with her foster-turned-adoptive family. Once timid, frail, and shut down, she has blossomed into a happy, confident, and loving companion.
She soaks up affection from her adoptive mom and loves spending her days playing alongside her furry brother. After everything she’s endured, Kiki is now living the joyful life she was always meant to have.
