This gorgeous little girl is originally from Tijuana, Mexico. Kind strangers rescued her after she was hit by a car, and she has been down a long road of recovery. However, with lots of love and kindness, she now enjoys life to the fullest. Her greatest passions are food, playing, and toys! A wiggly ball of energy, this silly little girl has a huge personality, and loves to be taken on walks in her stroller.
Due to her past injuries, Casey will need a very special home. Her knees and back were fused as they healed, which has made it impossible for her to use a regular doggy wheelchair. Oldies but Goodies Rescue hopes to find her a wonderful home with someone who can make her a custom scooter, as she currently gets around by scooting around on the floor. If she is out of her kennel for too long, her scooting will eventually cause raw spots and sores.
Because of this, Casey needs a loving new home sooner rather than later! As much as the kind folks at Oldies but Goodies love her, they simply can’t keep up with her or provide her with proper care and enrichment. The best home for Casey will be one where she can get around easily, which means that it should not have stairs.
