UNDERDOG IS HERE!
Underdog is high spirited 1-year-old beagle who has a lot to say! He loves to play play play! He’s only been with the PRCSPCA since July 12th, and he’s already become a shelter favorite! Underdog prefers to go mud bathing instead of jumping in the pool. So if you’re looking for a mud buddy, Underdog is the dog for you! He loves other dogs and chasing tennis balls 
Underdog is heartworm negative but will need to continue on a heartworm preventative to remain that way. With him being a beagle, he does talk a lot! So if your interested in adopting Underdog, you will have to be prepared to hear him talk very often.
