Nia is a beautifully striking 1-year-old, 53-pound German Shepherd mix with a heart full of potential! While she can be a little shy with new people at first, she quickly warms up once she feels comfortable, especially with the help of another dog.
In her foster home, Nia is settling in nicely and continuing to build confidence. She and the resident dog get along great, playing together and sharing toys. When she’s not in play mode, Nia enjoys relaxing in her crate, taking breaks between her fun chase sessions. She’s still a little anxious at times, but her progress is steady and encouraging.
Food-motivated and eager to please, Nia knows how to sit for treats. She’s also discovered a mischievous side—she’s been known to sneak off with shoes for a little snack! But with continued guidance and training, she’s sure to grow into an even more well-rounded and lovable companion.
