Polar is a 9 wk old healer hound mix puppy that is just an all around good and fun boy puppy! This little Dynamo has nothing but curiosity and entertainment in his body and soul. Polar is very energetic, learning the correct way to act on a leash, and he enjoys pouncing on the cats for fun. Honestly if you follow polar around for the day you’ll end up having a better day because of his infectious joy for life and the carefree nature in which he lives it. We think polar could probably teach us humans a thing or two about enjoying what God gives us each day. He’s still in the very very young stages of life and to say that he’s housebroken would be a joke.
A fun one could imagination but absolutely not possible at this early stage of being a little over 2 months. He’ll get the hang of it if you give him the boundaries and the schedule. He’s got great recall and will come running right back to you. He knows how to be told to sit, and he’s comfortable in his crate. Polar is working on learning how to stay when told to sit and not move, and it’s quite comical to see this little wiggle worm of a puppy try to do as you ask. Polar will definitely test your training skills and patience. He’s the kind of puppy that could be smarter than you if you don’t stay on your toes. His mom was a heeler mix and we don’t know who Dad was. We do expect him to grow to be 45 lb perhaps a little bigger but who knows for sure.
One thing we do know about this little munchkin, he’s a crowd-pleaser and a smile maker. This loving sweet boy of a puppy is looking for a home. I’ve finished shard would be great a family that’s got time to let him be a part of their everyday life would be the answer we pray for in his life. He’s a sweet boy who will make some lucky family a great companion.. If you’re interested, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com
