Hi there! I’m Mr. Bean, a 12-year-old chihuahua with a big heart—and a little heart murmur, but don’t worry, it doesn’t bother me at all! I weigh just 5.5 pounds, which makes me the perfect size for snuggling up under a blanket (my favorite spot). I may be small, but I’ve got a serious love for food—especially considering I only have one tooth! Whether it’s kibble or canned food, I’m always ready for a meal.
I’m pretty chill overall. At home, I’m more of a quiet observer. I like being around my humans, but I won’t demand constant attention. I’m a bit shy about being picked up, but once I’m cozy in your arms, I feel safe. I don’t play with toys, but give me a comfy dog bed and a blanket to burrow under, and I’m one happy pup.
Though my potty training isn’t quite perfect yet, I’m really close! If we stick to a schedule, I’ll be just fine. I am crate trained, so no worries there. A fenced yard isn’t a must for me—I’m learning to walk on a leash, so I’ll be happy with regular strolls and potty breaks outside.
I’m great with kids and other animals including cats. I’m always respectful and get along with just about anyone! If you’re looking for a sweet, low-key companion, I’m your guy. Let’s cuddle up soon!
