Hi, my name is Elm! I’m a smart and energetic little pup who loves to be first in line for breakfast, dinner, and snacks—so watch out, I’ll squeeze myself in! My foster family says I’m full of fun, super outgoing, and always ready to play.
I LOVE all toys, especially balls and soft plushies. Whether I’m wrestling with my littermates, hanging out near my people, or snoozing on a cozy dog bed, I’m always happy. I also can’t wait to go to puppy school and learn new things—I know I’ll be a great student!
🌟 Fun Fact: My foster mom did a DNA test on me and my littermates—turns out, we’re a mix of 25 different breeds, mostly Labrador Retriever and Terrier!

- A family that is home during the day to help with my potty training (I can’t be left for longer than 3-4 hours at a time).
- Someone ready to provide me with positive training to help me grow into a confident and well-mannered dog.
- A toy box filled with fun things for me to chew and play with!

- A fenced-in yard would be a bonus since I love to run and play.
🏫 Training & Socialization Requirements
🐕 Obedience classes are required for my adoption. Many of us puppies at Underdog Rescue come from backgrounds where our moms weren’t socialized properly, so continued training is important for my success! Training classes will help me:
✔ Learn basic obedience and manners.
✔ Strengthen my bond with my new family.
✔ Become a confident and well-adjusted pup.
📌 Proof of registration for an obedience class will be required before adoption is finalized. If you need trainer recommendations, we’re happy to provide some!

🐶 Some of our dogs come from shelters, breeder releases, or surrenders, so their bios are based on our experience with them in foster care.
✂ Grooming needs may vary—some dogs may require professional grooming shortly after adoption, which will be at the adopter’s expense.
🏡 Some of our animals may require a companion dog or a fenced-in yard to feel safe. Please make sure your home is a good match for Elm before applying.
