**SPECIAL NEEDS ** Lily doesn’t know it, but she was born without hip sockets. She pulls herself around great and will soar in a wheel chair. These beautiful puppies were born to momma Pippa (last photo) in a remote shelter in Kern County on May 7th. Lily is super loving and incredibly sweet. They have been with us since they were 3 days old. They are chunky happy puppies ready for their forever homes. Pippa the mom weighs 40 pounds. They have all been well socialized with humans and dogs.
