📍 Meet Flan! This 8-year-old, 10-lb Shih Tzu-Lhasa Apso mix is as sweet and comforting as his namesake dessert. Surrendered to the shelter with a few of his culinary companions, Flan quickly stole our hearts with his soulful eyes and laid-back charm. Now, he’s searching for a forever home where he can bring joy, companionship, and plenty of snuggles!
