Annie, a 2–4-year-old Yorkshire Terrier mix, is one of the lucky survivors from a heartbreaking hoarding case in Texas. Over 25 small dogs were abandoned in extreme weather conditions—only 15 made it out alive. Annie, pregnant and fragile, was rescued just in time. She gave birth to six puppies, though sadly one did not survive. Throughout her time in rescue, Annie has been the most loving, devoted mama and has touched everyone with her sweet, gentle spirit.
This tiny girl, weighing between 9–12 lbs, adores snuggling, following her people around, and sleeping in bed beside her humans. Despite her past, she’s full of love and ready for a fresh start. Annie is not yet spayed due to recent motherhood, but she’s otherwise ready to begin her next chapter.
