Hi! My name is Diggins, but my foster mom likes to call me Higgins! I’m a sweet little guy learning what it means to be part of a loving home. I’m making great progress with potty training—getting better at going outside instead of using potty pads. I love going on car rides and tagging along with my foster mom to work. Walks are one of my favorite activities, but I do need a fenced yard to keep me safe since I get nervous meeting new people or big dogs.

I enjoy napping with my foster mom and playing with my toys. When it comes to other small dogs, I’m pretty easygoing, but I prefer to avoid large dogs. I can be a little skittish when meeting new people, and if someone approaches me too quickly, I might act like I’d nip—so no small children for me, please.
