A resident of Riverside, California, Tilly’s birthday party was held at a beautiful park called Whittier Narrows Recreational Area. It seemed like a celebration of Bull Terriers as many of Tilly’s friends attended the party – Roxy, Donnie, and Heimerdinger – all of whom are Bull Terriers.
