At only 11 months old, Jodi — a Chihuahua Mix currently at the Valley Animal Center in Fresno, CA — has experienced a rollercoaster of disappointments that no dog his age deserves.
Sweet Jodi has been adopted five times by different owners but ended up being returned to the shelter on all five occasions. Each of Jodi’s five previous owners gave a reason why they no longer wanted to have this lovely pup under their roof.
