Beautiful Zoe came to the shelter in December 2023 with 5 babies after her family survived a house fire that destroyed their home. She was scared and her owners were now homeless. The next day they had went back to the house and found the other 2 babies that they could not the day before. They all were reunited, but left here at the shelter as they had no where to go, the owners had to surrender them. She was the sweetest, some of her hair was singed from the fire, she loved her babies and allowed us to love them too!
All the babies grew and were adopted and here she still sits. She just wants to be loved and to be able to love someone again. She has shown us she is not very fond of other dogs, so living with another one is not on her agenda, she is 9 years old and feels like she is 5 as she loves to run, walk and play, kisses are often warranted after a good time playing. She was tested with cats, and that is also a no go! She just wants the place to her self and we think she deserves all the love a home can give to one dog.
