Winnie is a 4 yr old Stafforshire terrier and Cattle dog, chihuahua mix.
She is up to date, spayed and chipped, house and crate trained, good with other dogs her size and larger, no cats, she has been in the rescue since she was 4 months old.
Winnie is a very smart and loving dog once she trusts you, but to get to that trust is a bit tricky.
She was severely neglected as a pup and carries those memories with her to this day. She needs a very patient person to work with her to win her over.. She will be a foster to adopt ONLY.
She needs another playful dog in the home to help her make this cross over.
She REQUIRES A FENCED YARD.
Several trips to the rescue will be needed to visit with Winnie. Once she trusts you she starts to shine brighter than the sun, she pours her love on you each and every minute of every day, she showers you with kisses, she wants to be with you always, she loves to go for adventurous walks, if you are not keeping up she will give you her goofy look as if to say hurry up.. she loves to romp in the backyard playing fetch, she absolutely loves all kinds of squeaky toys.. She knows many commands and is a GREAT dog once she trusts you, this is a companion dog that loves with her whole heart.
