Buddy (formerly known as Kairo) is a Shepherd (Belgian Malinois?) mix who was turned in by his owner on 3/21/2025. We remember him from 3 years ago when he was at the shelter looking for a Forever Home and were so happy when he headed out to his new life! But sadly, he is back, looking and hoping once again. He is 6 years old, listed as XL over 100 lbs and already neutered! His prior owner left great notes – housebroken, good with kids, dogs AND cats!
He was an inside/outside dog, good with farm animals and crate trained. He slept in bed with his owner! Back in 2021 there were notes that he knows how to climb chain link fences and ladders. He was in a canine service support program but he jumped on people. He knows commands sit, stay, wait and load up and is just AMAZING on a walk! He has such a calm and gentle vibe and is so very well behaved! He is friendly and just loves everyone!
He shows NO dog reaction at all and loves to be petted with plenty of affection for you! He’s such a lovable guy who deserves a HOME and finds himself homeless again. PLEASE go meet him and experience all the LOVE he has to give! Take your new Bestie and Family Member HOME!
