UPDATE 12.28.23 – Travis was ADOPTED! Congratulations, Travis!
This male Terrier mix is around 5 ½ years old and was originally found by a good samaritan in 2021 and turned into the shelter through night drop. After being reunited with his owner, he found his way out in the wild again, where he was picked up by Animal Control. Now back at the shelter, he’s shut down and nervous, but despite his timid nature, has absolute potential to be the sweetest dog, and starts to show hints of this side to Rocky while sitting with him.
Rocky nicknames him Travis after star athlete Travis Kelce, and hopes that he is either reunited with his owner again, or he finds a new loving home.
As of 12/16/23, Travis has not been picked up by his owner and is now adoption available. You can adopt him by visiting with him in person at Animal Friends of the Valleys.
