Meet Toto! She’s a small, brindle colored border terrier mix and she’s looking for her forever home! She was found on the streets in the middle of the night by a good Samaritan, lost and alone. Toto is two years old, but still acts like a puppy when playing! Her dark and dirty fur made her almost invisible in the kennel, but after a bath, she is looking better than ever! She enjoys treats and gives kisses to anyone that gets close!
