Suzie is a 7-year-old Terrier mix who was found running loose by Animal Friends of the Valleys Animal Control and brought safely into the shelter. We wouldn’t be surprised if she got mistaken for another animal at first – her fur was absolutely atrocious. Months of neglect have led up to how matted and painful she is.
Thankfully, the shelter was able to sedate her to safely shave her down and get rid of any critters nesting in her fur. Now, Suzie is feeling amazing, brand new, and best of all – was rescued by I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue!
