Stormy is a sweet, easy-going, gentle dog that is timid at first but warms up quickly. She loves going on walks, car rides, and cuddling. She gets along well with other small dogs as long as they have a calmer temperament and does well with older children who are gentle. She is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. Stormy has been mistreated in the past, so she would do best in a quiet home without too many loud noises.
What Stormy Needs:
Stormy requires a home without young children or a lot of busy activity. She does well with most small-breed male dogs and is not so great with most female dogs. She loves to be the center of attention and would do well as an only furchild. Stormy needs a loving person or persons with a fenced yard for potty, or if no yard a dedication to multiple walks a day, give belly rubs, let her sleep with you, and someone who will maintain her very nutritious canine-specific foods she needs to stay healthy for life (we provide in-depth education). Stormy needs a dedicated human or family who is committed to loving her forever so she will never again be abandoned!

Stormy has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition for him and his new buddies. To apply to adopt Stormy, she has a $595.00 adoption fee.
