This beautiful 3-year-old Siamese mix cat was found in a storm drain along the dog walking path. Rocky coaxes her out of her hiding place and gets her safely into a carrier to surrender to the shelter. It turns out this cat may have been one of a few that had been let loose irresponsibly by someone who might have dumped her over the night drop wall. Because of where she was found, he decides to nickname her Stormy.
