Sterling came to the shelter after losing her person and her foster home where she was kept outside. Now she’s ready to find and live in the house with her forever person(s). This sweet girl has beautiful markings and the thickest black and silver fur you’ll find. She may be a “senior” lady, but don’t let her hear you call her “old!” And she may be on the “sturdy” side, but don’t let her hear you call her the f-word (fat)!
I can guarantee that if you’re a senior yourself, she can jog right past you. And with the training plan implemented by staff and volunteers, Sterling has already lost 10 pounds since arriving at the shelter. She’s looking for a good running budy to help her lose some (a lot) more. She’s a smart cookie (and likes them), knows sit, seems to be house trained and loves to play fetch (also on her training plan).
