He was one of three little doodles (along with Buoy and Sailor Red) found running the streets before being rescued by Connie Pavelich. When they were found, the trio was matted, flea-covered, and clearly neglected. Thanks to the compassion of Connie and Alicia at Neely’s Pet Oasis, Skipper and his friends were given the care, grooming, and second chance they deserved. Now, this happy, spunky pup is healthy, full of energy, and ready to find his forever home!
