Ramses is a 1 ½ year-old male Belgian Malinois mix who came into the shelter due to a good samaritan calling him in to get picked up. Initially, this good samaritan was interested in possibly adopting him, but unfortunately it fell through. He was then groomed by Mel due to how filthy and unkempt his coat had been.
At first, he was shy and reserved, but after being worked with by staff and Rocky, he is now more confident! He is in need of a home that will guide him and make him feel his best again.
