Moxie is a beautiful 2-year-old Pit Bull (possibly Lab mix) who arrived as a stray at Animal Friends of the Valleys on April 13, 2025. With her charming white coat sprinkled with black polka dots and the sweetest markings on her face, Moxie is impossible not to notice—and even harder not to love.
At around 36–75 pounds (likely mid-range), Moxie has a heart full of potential just waiting to bloom. She can be shy and timid at first, understandably overwhelmed by the shelter environment. But with patience and kindness, her gentle spirit shines through. She’s incredibly well-behaved, appears to be housebroken, and walks nicely on a leash—though loud roadside noises can startle her.
