Meet Sammy WAGar, a resilient 5–7-year-old American Bully mix with traces of French and English Bulldog—and 100% pure love. Rescued from the streets of Philly in rough shape, Sammy’s journey has been one of healing and hope. His skin infection is finally under control, and his beautiful coat is growing in. This short, stocky gentleman is crate trained, housebroken, and adores bath time. He gets along well with both his big foster sister and his spunky Chihuahua foster brother, and he always chooses love over conflict.
Sammy is a low-maintenance sweetheart who’s happiest with his humans by his side. He’s on a hydrolyzed protein diet due to allergies and currently being weaned off his medication (Cyclosporine)—but he’s comfortable, happy, and thriving in foster care. With his affectionate nature, sunny snoozes, and love of routine, Sammy is ready for his forever. All he needs now is someone to give him the peaceful home he’s been dreaming of. 🐶☀️
