Misty is an 8-year-old female Malamute that was seized by Animal Control after an eviction. She came into the shelter with another Malamute nicknamed Ash from the same home. Her name is not known, so Rocky lovingly nicknames her Misty. Both dogs are nervous and shut down – we don’t know much about their past in regards to how they’ve been treated or where they lived, but it’s clear they need a lot of time to open up and integrate into new loving homes.
Misty is still on an Owner Known status, and needs to be held for the full ten days as she waits for either the owner to reclaim her, or will go up for adoption. She is also already sterilized. Misty’s ID is #712621. For Ash’s adoption page, please click here.
