When he first arrived, Ziggy was scared and shy, but once he felt safe in his foster home, his playful and loving personality quickly bloomed. His short coat right now is just temporary—after being shaved due to matting, his beautiful golden curls will soon grow back, and with regular grooming, he’ll be more handsome than ever!
