About Fondue

Fondue didn’t choose his name, but it couldn’t be more fitting—because the moment you pick him up, this little guy melts into your arms like warm, gooey cheese. At just 15 weeks old and 12 pounds, Fondue is a Golden Retriever-Eskimo mix with a heart as golden as his fur.

He’s the perfect mix of curious, playful, affectionate, and a little mischievous—just enough to keep life exciting! Fondue is working on house training, leash walking, and perfecting his favorite skill: making humans fall in love with him.

A Day in the Life of Fondue

🐾 8:00 AM – Wake Up Call

• He’s quiet until he hears movement—then he’s ready for action!
• First stop: potty break in the backyard.

🍽 8:30 AM – Breakfast & Playtime

• Eats his morning meal before wrestling, zoomies, and toy-chewing with his 80-lb foster brother (who he believes is his equal in size).

💤 Mid-Morning – Nap or Quiet Play

• If his humans leave, Fondue goes into his crate with a treat and settles down quickly.

🥎 Afternoon Adventures

• More playtime with his foster sibling, chewing on toys, and staring at his own reflection (it’s fascinating, okay?).
• Investigates every corner of the house like the curious pup he is.

🍽 7:00 PM – Dinner Time!

• Eats, takes a potty break, and then chooses between snuggles or playtime before bed.

🌙 9:30-10:00 PM – Bedtime

• Crated for the night and holds it until morning. No accidents in his crate so far!
