Meet Kairo! 💛 He is a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix who was turned in by his owner on 11/9/2024 but I do not know why. He is just a baby 🍼 at 8 months old and not yet neutered. He is listed as 36-75 lbs but I’d guess he’s at the lower end of that range. He has a handsome brindle and white coat and big brown eyes. 😍 The Dog Walkers are finding him to be a scared 🫣and shy guy.
I’d guess he’s still struggling with the shelter environment and why his whole world 🌎 turned upside down. We are going slow with him but once he gets outside he really warms up and enjoys his walks! 🦮 He is really good walking with a leash and he is being very brave. ❤️🩹 Time, patience and lots of love are just what he needs! He is so handsome and you can tell he WANTS to cuddle up but he’s just being cautious. I think he’d thrive in a HOME 🏡 environment as he learns to trust again.
