UPDATE (02/10/25) – Jacks had an adoption hold and was adopted today!
Jacks is a 1 year old male Jack Russel Terrier mix that was unfortunately found in a backyard after the people that lived there, presumably his owners, moved and left him behind and fend for himself. Thankfully, a good samaritan (likely the neighbor) discovered he was there and brought him into the shelter, only guessing that his name may have been Jacks.
Jacks is shaking and nervous when first spotted by Rocky in the halls of the shelter, however after some quality time, it’s clear that Jacks just needed reassurance and comfort to feel more himself again. No owner is known at this time as he did not come into the shelter with a collar nor a microchip. Jacks is available at Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar, CA. His ID is #762089.
