Giggles is a 2-month-old Terrier puppy that Rocky came across as he was walking the shelter, and heard that Giggles was adopted, but then returned just for acting like a puppy. Motivated by the need to educate people on puppy behavior (and because she is just adorable), Rocky sat in her kennel with her.
