Remy is a Pit Bull/Boxer mix who arrived as a stray on 2/26/2025. She is thought to be 2 years old and listed as 36-75 lbs. with a beautiful grey and white coat and matching grey eyes. She is not yet spayed. The Dog Walkers are finding her to be shy at first and while in the courtyard (which was new to her) she was timid. However, back in her kennel she gave us the biggest smile ever!
When she arrived she had wounds and was in the medical ward and may have some PTSD but she is gaining confidence every day! She is friendly, well behaved and appears to be housebroken. She is smart and already knows how to sit and lay down and possibly roll over if given the right command! She loves to be petted and opens up to a soft voice. We hear when she is out in the play yard, she tries to play with the other dogs through the fence.
She is simply lovely and is going to make a very lucky family very happy! She likely just needs a little time, patience and lots of love to BLOSSOM into the amazing girl she is waiting to share!
