💔 Backstory: Rescued as a puppy with two broken front legs, Lottie has overcome her rough start and is now thriving, playful, and full of life.

Lottie is a fun-loving, high-energy sweetheart looking for an active and patient forever home! At just 11 months old, this 40-pound American Pit Bull Terrier is crazy about toys—especially fetch—and is highly food- and toy-motivated, making her a joy to train. She’s already mastered basic commands like Sit, Down, Stay, and Crate, and she’s doing well with her housetraining when kept on a routine.

Once the play day is done, Lottie melts into an upside-down cuddle bug on the couch, soaking up love and affection. She is crate-trained, quick to learn new tricks, and eager to please.

🏡 Lottie’s Ideal Home:

  • A calm, rural environment with room to run and explore
  • A patient and experienced dog owner who will help continue building her confidence
  • Preferably the only pet, as she thrives on being the center of attention
  • Someone ready to dedicate time to play, exercise, and ongoing positive reinforcement

🐶 Social Notes:

  • Loves to play with other dogs once she knows them (but her rough play style isn’t for everyone)
  • Initially wary of new people and dogs but warms up with patience and consistency

Lottie is truly a resilient and affectionate pup who deserves a loving family to call her own. If you’re ready for a toy-obsessed, endlessly loyal best friend, Lottie is waiting to meet you!
