Meet Frida!! This sweet girl was a stray in Tennessee. She came into the Animal Control and nobody claimed her, so they asked if we could help her. Well, here she is being posted to find her new forever family.
Frida is full of life and just and awesome pup. She will need an active family who is willing to bring her along on their active excursions. Frida loves playing with other dogs. She enjoys wrestling and romping with them in the fenced yard. Frida will need a fenced yard as she has her zoomies and loves to explore.
If you like to hike this girl would love to go explore with you. From Frida’s foster lol This is Miss Frida….a very sweet girl who loves kisses, fruit, and snoring. She’s our latest houseguest, and she and our dog have become fast friends. We always recommend training with young pups as this is the prime time to show them what they need to know. If you would love to have Frida join your family, please apply for her today. She is just an awesome girl with lots of fun, love and personality. She will make you laugh daily!!!!

Unless otherwise indicated, all dogs adopted through Fetching Hearts have received the following before being available for adoption:
Thorough veterinary examination
All routine annual vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Heartworm Test, Fecal Test, Deworming, Microchip, Flea and Tick Prevention and Heartworm Prevention.
Spay/Neuter
All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don’t break with disease.
VETTING NOTE: Fetching Hearts Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.
HEARTWORM NOTE: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 months after last treatment. All dogs are immediately put on Heartguard/Ivermectin following the treatment to kill the Heartworm larvae. All dogs should be re-tested after 5-6 months from the last Heartworm treatment.
