Butters was rescued off a chain in upstate South Carolina in January during a bitter cold snap where the temps dropped to 9 degrees. He’s about three, utd on shots, neutered, crate trained and microchipped. Because he was kept solely on a chain for the first almost three years of his life, he lacks manners and social skills, he is food motivated so should be easy to train with an experienced trainer.
