Meet Benni! Benni is a Great Dane/Bloodhound mix, and is almost 3 yrs old. He is such a sweetheart and wants nothing more than to please, he’s been waiting in the shelter for so long for his chance with a new family.
It’s heartbreaking to see his kennel passed without much of a second glance. He’s a good boy with a big heart. Once he gets to know you, Benni is very affectionate! Benni is good with other dogs, but he’s a ladies’ man….he prefers a female partner or pack member if he’s doing the picking.
Benni is good at following the commands he knows and with his personality the kind of dog that would learn anything to make his people happy. Shelter is not sure about his feelings for cats, just hasn’t seen him in an environment with them. He shows a lot of Bloodhound characteristics and people-pleasing has to be one of the most stand-out characteristics of any Great Dane that Benni sure exudes.
Benni really has been mixed with all the best pieces to make one heck of a great dog! He’s hoping to find a family that will fall for him as hard as he will them to spend forever with.
