Auggie is estimated to be about 7 years old and has had a rough road and has come a long way. Auggie was very scared and had his head buried in the corner so the rescuers couldn’t pass by him and took him into the rescue.
Auggie is a sweet very well-mannered dog. He loves both the male and female dogs in his foster home. He learned quickly how to make himself right at home. he attaches himself to the ladies more quickly (and he loves grandmas with their cookies!) He warms up to guys with lots of time, patience, and love.
He gets along well with other dogs and loves his canine foster brother Finney who is the strong silent type. He is fine with cats as he just watches them walk on by. Auggie loves the couch, being in bed with his humans, cookies, and car rides. He needs a relaxed and quieter home so one with no children or screaming football fans would be ideal.
Auggie is a gentle spirit that just wants love his way. He is still scared of loud noises like fireworks, thunder, etc. He deserves to live the second half of his life in his forever home, loved and wagging that tail every day.
