Arthur is a 1.5 year old Cattle dog Shepherd mix that was turned into the shelter by his owners. Arthur came into the shelter originally in 2022 as a young puppy from a stray litter, and was adopted. However, just less than two years later, his family was moving and decided to turn him back into the shelter. Nicknamed after the stray dog featured in Arthur the King, Rocky sat with him to help him in his state of confusion and sadness after returning to the shelter.’
Arthur is nervous and confused as to why he’s back at the shelter, but once you spend time with him, he can open up and learn to be a young carefree pup again. He was tested with cats and passed. He is already sterilized, and ready to go home! His ID is #660608. ***Please note that Animal Friends of the Valleys is unable to transport animals. Adoptions are first come, first serve.
