Meet Joy, a five-year-old shelter veteran who’s been waiting for a family since 2019. Initially arriving at the shelter pregnant, Joy watched as her puppies found homes, leaving her behind with no interest from potential adopters. Despite this, Joy remains one of the kindest souls at the shelter.
