3. Archie: 6-year-old Abandoned Pomeranian

Meet Archie! Archie is a 5-6 year old male Pomeranian who was rescued from being found left in a dumpster. Now safe at Husky House, Archie is looking for his loving forever home. Unfortunately, Archie has had a few seizures since arriving at Husky House, so he takes medication twice daily to help manage them.

Poor Archie is very nervous around people, which is understandable given his history. He does not go out of his way to snap, but may growl or get snappy when people do not respect his boundaries (e.g. try to pick him up when he is uncomfortable). Archie does well with other small dogs. He has never been cat tested but would be expected to do well with cats as he is small and not overly playful. Interested in adopting Archie? Ralph came to Pawfect Match after a large breeder bust in the Southwest. This tiny Pomeranian spent his early years without the warmth of a real home, but those days are behind him now. Though shy at first, Ralph has begun to open up and show his gentle, curious side. He’s learning that people can be kind, laps are warm, and love doesn’t come with conditions.

We’re so grateful for the chance to help dogs like Ralph who endured such difficult conditions. Now, he’s ready to experience the joy of being a cherished family member. Could you be the one to show him that forever love really does exist? 💕 Learn More

This brave pup started life in a tough spot—“purchased” by a well-meaning but elderly man who couldn’t keep up with the needs of a young, energetic dog. Surrounded by much larger dogs and without proper guidance, she learned early on to protect herself. By age 2, her world was full of fear and miscommunication. Misunderstood as aggressive and unadoptable, she was rejected by most rescues—until one kind woman saw through the labels and gave her a chance to shine.

This sweet girl has made an incredible journey from fear to joy—and she’s not looking back. She just needed safety, patience, and the right people to believe in her. If you’ve got a heart for underdogs and a home with another friendly pup, she just might be your perfect match. Come meet her and witness the magic of a second chance done right. 💕 Learn More
