2. Dobby: 4-year-old Papillon Mix

Hi!! My name is Dobby from Korea and I am a wonderful approx. 4-year-old male Papillon – Havanese mix. I am about 7.5 lbs. and hoping to find a forever home. I am friendly and was saved from an illegal breeding farm in South Korea. I was rescued with many others by local activists from the horrific conditions we were in. I fought to survive every day and was so badly neglected. Korea kills an estimated 1.5 -2 million dogs a year to be eaten.
I just want a chance to be part of a family and for someone to love and care for me. I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family. Take me on car rides, and walks in the park and I will become your best friend. I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs. I will do my best with a loving family that can give me lots of love and affection! Learn More

Meet SWEETIE PIE AKA WINNIE! This sweet tiny old lady was found outside struggling to survive. She was skin and bones. She had a large tumor on her stomach that made it difficult for her to walk. We had it removed (non-cancerous) and she felt so much better.
Winnie deserves to live out her life being treated like the queen she is! Winnie is deaf so care will need to be taken to make sure she is never outside alone. She will not hear you calling for her. Learn More
5. Suzie: 7-year-old Terrier Mix

Suzie is a 7-year-old Terrier mix who was found running loose by Animal Friends of the Valleys Animal Control and brought safely into the shelter. We wouldn’t be surprised if she got mistaken for another animal at first – her fur was absolutely atrocious. Months of neglect have led to how matted and painful she is.
Thankfully, the shelter was able to sedate her to safely shave her down and get rid of any critters nesting in her fur. Now, Suzie is feeling amazing, brand new, and best of all – was rescued by I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue! Learn More
6. Wall-E: Little Survivor

Wall-E was hit by a car 2 years before we got him and had not received any vet care following the incident. This unfortunately caused Wall-E to lose most of the use of his back legs. He is currently getting rehab treatment to try and help him get some strength back. Unfortunately because of how long ago the incident happened, it will make his rehab take longer, and be less effective than it might have been if started earlier. BUT he is definitely making progress!
Wall-E is good with people and will greet new people with the song of his people! He is also good with most other dogs (not a fan of large dogs). He has never met a kitty cat but we believe he would be okay with them too! Learn More

Kelcey has thrived thanks to her foster dog companions, learning how to play and interact with other dogs and humans alike. Once hesitant about walks, she now eagerly looks forward to them, happily trotting along and soaking in her surroundings. Learn More

At 11 pounds, she’s a Shih Tzu mix who’s spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and microchipped. Seraphina was found as a stray and brought to the shelter, where no one claimed her.
