Brain-Injured Pup Couldn’t Eat or Walk—Now She’s Running Toward Her Happily Ever After

Pippilotta, a stray dog living on the streets of Thailand, suffered a terrible fate as a young puppy. At only 5 months of age she was found lying on the side of the road with a severe brain injury. She was in a miserable condition – crying in pain and unable to stand or move. (watch the TikTok below)

Happy Doggo, an animal charity in Thailand, decided to take Pippilotta under their care and do whatever they could to help her. They believe that her brain injury wasn’t an accident, but an act of deliberate cruelty where someone struck the puppy on the head.

Puppy Couldn’t Control Her Limbs

For the first week, Pippilotta hardly had any control over her limbs, making her unable to even eat on her own. In addition, the 5-month-old puppy had a hard time walking for a while.

@happydoggoniall Little Pippilotta should be angry and bitter at the world after being inflicted with a brain injury when she was a puppy. But like so many dogs she decides to live in the moment and wanted to share a message of love today. She wouldn’t be here today were it not for the dedication of Sybille finding her and building her life back up. We can say with 100% absolute certainty that she would not have made it alone. She couldn’t even eat for the first week. We’re just lucky to have someone like Sybille to help and we can swing in to make sure the complicated process of getting Pippilotta a perfect place to live and her own humans goes smoothly. In a world that can seem so cruel, so bleak and where there is so much anger we think we could all learn a lot from Sybille and Little Pippilotta’s outlook on life. ❤️🙏#dogs #rescuedogs #doglover #dogsoftiktok ♬ Shadows of Love That Never Came to Be – BLUM

A member of Happy Doggo, Sybille took it upon herself to care for Pippilotta, teaching her to stand and walk. Gradually, the dog’s situation improved and in two months, she began running and playing with glee. As a result, she can finally live the life of a happy puppy, thanks to Sybille and the charity.

Pippilotta has come a long way from what she endured two months ago. She is no longer the pitiful puppy with minimal chances of survival. Instead, she has transformed into a happy dog ready to go into a forever home where she will be loved for all her life.

Fortunately, the little brave puppy ended up getting adopted by a loving family in Ireland and will be moving into her new home soon. Hence, this marks the beginning of a life filled with love and joy for Pippilotta.

When the charity shared Pippilotta’s story on TikTok, it tugged at the heartstrings of plenty of netizens, the video garnering over 115K views and more than 14K likes.
