YouTube Star & Animal Advocate Rocky Kanaka Announces Barnes & Noble Book Signing for Sitting With Dogs
YouTube creator, animal advocate, and television personality Rocky Kanaka is inviting fans to meet him in person this month to celebrate the nationwide release of his debut book, Sitting With Dogs.
The session will include book signings, photo opportunities, and conversations about dog rescue and adoption, a cause Kanaka has championed for more than a decade through his viral videos, heartfelt rescue stories, and nonprofit collaborations. Fans can reserve tickets online, which include a copy of Sitting With Dogs and priority access to the signing line.
The event will take place at Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles on October 12 with a second signing scheduled for Camino Books in Del Mar, California on October 14.
A Book Born From Compassion
In Sitting With Dogs, Kanaka brings readers into the emotional world of animal rescue through deeply personal stories of dogs who went from lost to loved. Each chapter highlights the resilience, hope, and transformation of dogs who found healing through kindness, and the people who stood by them.

When Barnes & Noble announced that Sitting With Dogs would be available in stores, not just online, Kanaka described it as “a dream come true made possible by the rescue community.”
