Tipperary’s Journey: From Stray to Shelter Staple
Tipperary arrived at the shelter as a stray over four years ago, scared and unsure of the world around her. At first, she struggled with the overwhelming environment, and her cautious nature made it harder for potential adopters to see her sweet and silly personality hiding underneath.
